All returns and exchanges must be requested by emailing email@example.com and must include a sales order number in the message (as it appears on the invoice at the time of purchase).
[si.zif] gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for refund or exchange within 7 days of mail order ship date and provide a brief reason for your request. Original packaging and content must be intact and in sellable condition. We do not accept returns if there is extensive damage to the shoe and the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
We will reply with an RA # and prepaid shipping label. $15 will be deducted from your refund to pay for return costs. [si.zif] is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged and/or incorrect item.
Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments.
Return/Exchange requests that do not meet our policies may only be accepted at our discretion.
